USDA Organic Bancha comes from summer and fall (second and third flush) picked tea leaves. This tea has been grown, processed and packaged according to the strict guidelines of the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and is certified organic. It is recommended for those who like a bold grassy or vegetal tasting tea. Please note that the relatively strong taste of USDA Organic Bancha can be reduced by brewing it in a cooler temperature water and for a shorter time.
